Dit nog steeds intact bewaarde rococo kasteel werd in 1761 gebouwd door de familie de Man d'Attenrode. Corneille de Man kocht in 1690 de grondheerlijke rechten van beide Lenniken. Zijn afstammelingen wisten die te behouden tot aan de Franse Revolutie.
In 1948 werd het wapenschild van deze adellijke familie ook het wapenschild van de gemeente Sint-Kwintens-Lennik en later ook van de fusiegemeente Lennik.

Sinds 1967 in privaat bezit.
