De molen van Loonbeek was tijdens het oude regime de banmolen van het dorp. Het molengebouw dateert uit de 18de eeuw, wellicht met een kern uit de 17de eeuw. Op de plaats waar tot 1952 het rad draaide staat nu een turbinekamer. De molen maalt nog, maar enkel als gelegenheidsmolen. Beschermd monument.

The mill of Loonbeek was during the old regime the ban-mill of the village. The mill bldg. dates from the 18° centuries, possibly with a core from the 17° centuries.
