Het is in 1905 dat de Abt Victor HABRAN de molen aan de Broers Rode verkoopt. Vanaf dit moment zullen er drie generaties van Rode zijn om de oude molen te bemalen. Er was eveneens een verwantschap met de naburige molen RODE-STEINFORT.In 1962 kreeg de molen de nieuwe benaming "Moulin des Aulnes" met François Van Belle en Yvonne Goossens.
