The wind mill of Pulderbos was set up by Petrus Meeussen in 1840, and in use since 1843. In 1877, the brick body were raised with 1.50 m. and in 1935, the wings were extended to 12.50 m. The mill was in use to approximately 1953. The last miller was Jan Keysers - Voets. The mill has with wind energy, also during the two world wars,always proved his services . On 6 February 1987 the mill was bought by the municipality Zandhoven wich restored the mill entirely and made him capable to grind again. The entirely restored mill was festively inaugurated on 18 November 1995 and grinds since then on regular times.
